Riki is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi). He also registered as a legal consultant with the Indonesian Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM-LK/OJK) and a member of the the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), a registered Receiver and Administrator with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and a member Association of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia/AKPI), a registered Mediator with Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, and a registered Certified Liquidator Indonesia and a member Association of Indonesian Liquidator.

Fernandes is a founding partner of Riki & Fernandes and He together with Riki Susanto established Riki & Fernandes in 2014. Fernandes holds a Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia and an M.H. (Master of Laws) degree from the University of Indonesia.
Fernandes one of Indonesia’s most experienced and highly regarded lawyers.
